Returns

At this time, Zafiro does not offer returns on orders. Each item is made and prepared with precision, and we encourage you to review sizing, product details, and care instructions before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a quality-related concern, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will review the issue and do our best to offer a fair and timely resolution.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult when ordering online. If you receive the wrong size or there’s an issue with fit, we are happy to assist with an exchange—subject to availability and provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.
